  • How to Order ?

- Please email your orders to dandzation_fantasia@hotmail.com in the following format:


Name:
Contact No:
Email Address:
Mailing Address:
Item Code & Description:
Colour/Size (if applicable):
Quantity:
Mode of Collection: (Normal Postage/ Registered Postage/ Meetup)


- Once we receive your order form, Dandzation Fantasia will process it and send you the payment details.

- Please kindly make your payment via DBS/POSB fund transfer within the next 3 working days.

- If we did not recieve your payment within the 3 working days given, your orders will automatically be void. Do email us if you need more time.

- Please clarify your doubts either by emailing us at dandzation_fantasia@hotmail.com or post your questions in the tagboard provided. We will reply you asap.

- We will refund the full amount to you if your stock is out of stock.

- NO refund will be made if you cancel your orders after payment.
