TAKE NOTE to all buyers, you are required to read and agree on the terms and conditions of Dandzation Fantasia.

1. Please transfer the exact amount stated in the Bill, otherwise, no order is being made.

2. Goods will be arrived in 2-4weeks after the pre-order closing date. Status will be refreshed at the record section below once updates are received from suppliers. Your patience are greatly appreciated.

3. All purchases are not refundable or exchangeable.

4. Pls see discount policy at Payment Terms

5. If the items that you ordered is out to stock, a full refund will be made.

6. No cancellation of order or refund of payment once the payment is being made.

7. Due to mass production, please allow 2-3cm different in measurement.

8. Colors may slightly differ due to the lighting and monitor resolution.

9. Orders made after the closing date will not be accepted.

10. Please do not submit your orders to Dandz Fantasia if you cant wait for 2-4weeks.

11. All items are new and are checked carefully for any defects before delivery by the suppliers. Thus goods bought and paid are not refundable or exchangeable.

12. If the supplier will take more than 4weeks to send the goods, Dandz Fantasia will post an
update on the status of the goods on this website.

13. Seller has the right to cancel the spree if response is poor. Refunds will be made.

*NEW* In case if supplier runs away, 50% refund will be made. No problem so far, only met with one case with Dream Garden. Will monitor the reliability of the supplier before opening the spree, but if *touchwood* supplier really runs away, only 50% refund will be made. We seek the kind understanding of all spree-ers.

14. For Tops/Shorts/Scarf/Skirt/Leggings/Cardigan/Belts
==> Normal postage will be $1.50, subsequence item add $0.50
==> Registered Postage will be $3.50, subsequent item add $0.50 (Highly Recommended)

15. For Jackets/Pants/Jeans/Bags/Shoes (Heavier & Bulky Items)
==> Normal Postage will be $2.50, subsequent item add $0.50
==> Registered Postage will be $4.50, subsequence item add $0.50 (Highly recommended)

16.For Accessories
==>> Free Normal Postage!
==>> Registered Postage will be $2.50, subsequent item add $0.20 (Highly recommended)

**Each spree will be a new postage charge.

• Pls opt for home delivery or meetup
• Home delivery charges range from $3 to $8 depending on location

17. Dandzation Fantasia is not liable for any lost mail.

18. Meetups are only available at selected MRT stations: Clementi / Bukit Batok

19. All meetups will be subjected to availibility of seller
